SMS Auto Responder + Virtual Number (any country)

Hi,

I'm searching for a service to buy Virtual numbers from any country in the world (not just USA/Canada) and set-up a low-cost (free?) autoreply system to send a message to each SMS received. I'm familiar with Twilio, TextMagic, Telnyx, etc but would like something easier to use and less expensive. Anyone as anything to suggest?

No progress. Any one can help on this? Telnyx would have been perfect but they require a lot of business information for international numbers. As an individual, I dont have these documents. What I would like to find is a company with minimal required information on which I could buy International SMS phone numbers and easily setup autoreplies to incoming calls/sms at a low cost. Anyone has something to suggest? Thanks
