Thank you! It seems like it might come in handy. I've quit several times already, but for some reason I always end up going back to it(((Good luck to you.

Day two. Experience shows that the most difficult period comes after a week, when the cravings start to kick in. Let's see how it goes this time))How long have you been smoke free before? : )
Try nicotine gums to manage your withdrawal symptoms or else you'll go right back to smoking.Day two. Experience shows that the most difficult period comes after a week, when the cravings start to kick in. Let's see how it goes this time))
Thank you. I'll definitely have to try that. My willpower is still working and keeping me from smoking. How long did you last without patches and gum?Try nicotine gums to manage your withdrawal symptoms or else you'll go right back to smoking.
I really hate the smell of cigarettes. I always stay away. I think you made the right choice. Keep it up. Good luck.
Yes, this is just the beginning of the journey. When you are still full of strength and confidence. Further on, it may turn out to be much more difficult. Thank you for your support! It's never too late. Congratulations on making the right choice for your health and your family. Good luck no matter how difficult it is.
I don't smoke. I did try it once when I was a teen just to see what it's like but never felt like smoking again.Thank you. I'll definitely have to try that. My willpower is still working and keeping me from smoking. How long did you last without patches and gum?
I think that in each case, individual characteristics of the body will play an important role. My friend recently had his third heart attack, but he's not going to quit smoking... I may lose him because of this. I still need to buy chewing gum and patches, in case I suddenly feel weak and want to smoke. Thank you for your concern!I don't smoke. My dad did quit cold turkey when he was in his 30s without any external help. He used to smoke at least a pack a day. So you can for sure do it just based on your willpower, but your addiction is spread across 4.5 decades, so you may need some sort of external help.
My friend on the other hand kept going back to smoking within a couple of days, nicotine gums helped him a lot.
This is going to be an uphill battle. I'd suggest you to look for a rehab program.I only lasted three days. Some very big problems arose, which turned out to be a good wake-up call for me. And I started smoking again. Now everything is slowly settling down, and I will make another attempt in the near future.
I will probably keep doing this over and over again until I reach the top of the mountain. The main thing is to have desire and a goal. The path to it can be difficult. This slow practice helps to recover from the issue. The same procedure applies to all kinds of addictions. But it’s really good try to keep it up
Thanks, bro.Good luck bro.
I can't quit cold turkey. So for now, I've cut my daily cigarette consumption by almost half. I've noticed that I'm sleeping better.Congrats on deciding to quit smoking — that’s a big step! The key is wanting it and not giving up. It won’t be easy, but your health and life will only get better.
