smmtribe.com Incorrect order solution

Hi, I came through SMMtribe.com on BHW and placed an order on them as they seemed to be verifies with BHW so I thought that they might be reputable.

I ordered France traffic generated through Bing. However, I recevd traffic from all over the world and none of it was through bing. It all seemed to be fake.

When I contacted support, I recevd no response from them. Its 3 weeks now and still no solution. I provided them all the proofs but still these people dont seem to bother.

Any ideas by which I can get some help or get my money refunded ?
