SMMHouse - Losing IG Followers?

I've been buying some IG followers on IG. The order gets fulfilled very quickly, but then I start to lose many followers at a time.

I've tried contacting SMMHouse support a few times, but haven't ever heard back.

Has anyone experienced this or know what I can do?

you should complain if you loose more than 10% of the followers, most have it that they refund you
 
Hmm I bough some two days ago. I will let you know how it goes. Also when you are buying them, they write that they can´t guarantee if they drop. Which is weird. Let me know what happen with your case guys :)
 
I consider him a very trusted seller. My go to, in fact. If you're having problems, look for the support link on the web site, create an account for the support site & open a ticket. They've always been good about addressing problems within a day or two.

Aside from the IG purge last month, I've never seen a huge drop in followers from this guy.
 
No complaints from SMMHouse either...

Are you buying followers for a new account or one with existing followers / followers bought from someone other than SMMHouse?
