SMM Usefulness on NEW channel

Ive built a "cash cow" finance channel, looking to generate passive income and leave the rat race. However, I need some EXPERT (not a troll) advice if the smm panel nlosmm is still good to help grow a starter channel; and if so how much should I put into each video promo and to what (type of views on nlosmm)? Or will it hurt me overall. I plan on doing 16 vids a month 4 a week. Here's a vid production cost sample
