SMM Services - Are They Still Worth It?

Pretty straight forward guys, i need to fill my bosses' Facebook account with new followers, is there any risks of ban or raising alarms by doing this? Heard that there was a slightly new update on the platform and don't want to do any stupid thing.

In case you are getting genuine followers then why would there be any ban, also even if you are purchasing some fake followers in that case also the account wouldn't be banned.
