SMM Script Download Recommendation

Hey guys, I was looking for smm panel scripts. Where can i download licenced smm panel scripts? I was looking for scripts on evanto elements but they have regular and extended licences.
Can we not run smm panel and change our clients for likes and followers on regular licence? or we have to get extended licence, because extended licence can go anywhere from 200-500 dollars, Which I'm not paying.... And if we cannot run smm panel on regular licence then what's the point of regular licence in the first place?

Where do i buy smm panel script on which i can actually receive payments? Any recommendations.....

yeah i was looking there, but they have regular and extended licences, what's the difference?
It is saying that in regular licence we cannot change the end user... So am i supposed to build smm panel for show? LOL...(or am i mistaking it?)

can i change my clients with regular licence from evanto elements or codecanyon? (basically run smm panel normally )

Some of them mention on their product, if you can use the regular license to run as SaaS. Else, you have to go with the Extended one.
