That’s frustrating. You paid for a service with refills, and it’s unacceptable that they’ve been ignoring you since July 7th. Poor customer support like that is a big red flag.

Before buying anything, always check their support.

Yes, I ordered a Twitter follower service, but shortly afterward, all the followers dropped off completely. When I sought refills, the customer service has been ignoring me... This is terrible.
