SMM questions that kills me. Please help

I make over 3k monthly selling SMM services now I need my own panel where clients will buy service directly and kinda confused on somethings

I understand that I will need a $30/month Panel host.I'm aware of that. However, I got confused on some things which are

1. The payment option. I'd like to accept PAYPAL. I read that paypal does not support SMM services, yet almost all SMM use paypal on their panels. How do i go about this?

2. I'd like to know where panel owners buy their service. I'm convinced most of SMM sellers on BHW are resellers, I want to know where they buy from.


3. Concerning the theme, I dont like most of the SMM themes as they aint newbie friendly, are there custom smm panel themes?

I'd be so happy if a JR.VIP who has a PANEL can helpme out with these questions. If these would cost me some few bucks to know, I wont mind spending it.

1. It's up to you whether you take the risk with PayPal or not. They don't support SMM services anymore, but if you don't use PayPal, you leave money on the table. Hence you see what you see, those who can, still use it. Some people suggest to pretend selling something else, but it's a half-assed solution, because with the first dispute the nature of your business will turn out. There's no real substitution for PayPal though.
2. I'm fairly certain, not too many sellers will share this with you for obvious reasons.
3. Dunno, i don't have a panel.
