Are there any quality views at all? I have already tried so many, but I come to the conclusion that they harm more than help. Recommend a good panel with great views. Thank you.

Why not use micro workers instead? This way you get views by real people.

Smm panel are hard to find man , Some are good and some are even worst after paying , so choose some reupdated ones with placing some good rates .

yeah I suggest this as well, if you trying to build something for the longterm. Don't use smm panel on it

Those real people are also nowadays smartly using bots (or a mix of actual and bots).

And @Loqos :
If the engagements (views, subscribers, comments, etc) are detected by their algorithms as bot generated, then such subscribers, views, comments will drop and too many such instances do result in channels getting penalized.
However, good quality bot generated engagements may not all be detected as bot generated (by algorithms).
Safest way to get YouTube video views is through Google Ads video campaign and this is also within YouTube's TOS, hence safe.
