I personally used SMM panels in the past for watch time and subscribers, to get a channel monetized.
Other than that I wouldn't really recommend using an SMM panel since the views are coming from all over the place in terms of watch history etc' which can leave a negative effect on your channel.

What iff you have very few views? Wouldnt it make sense since u can get more initial exposure?

Such panels that are offering "effective" views and engagements are really rare to find these days.
I have been actively searching for such panels. If a panel offers first-hand services that actually improve video ranking, I am willing to invest tens of thousands of dollars in it. But still no success in finding even a single working one (Just some fake promises here and there!)
The last one I knew stopped its services long time ago after a big update came from YouTube! Sorry, although the panel is no longer functional, but I am not going to disclose its name.

Hi,
All depends from where the traffic is coming on the views path.
Some services are provide clean traffic/external: with good sites, others are delivery from xxx site - which is not best option.
The subscribers are almost on same page, if they are low quality, it might drop after good YT update.
