SMM panels / Payment Options Creditcard

Hello friends

I'm trying to solve a payment method which accepts credit card for my smm panel.
At the moment I have coinbase, but it's more flexible if were able to have credit card payment.
I tried with cardinity I got declined several times.
I seen many panel owners have cardinity as a payment option.
I don't quite understand how they do it.

Also one more thing I submitted for payop and cardlink.
I don't know which other methods are out there which is working I'm based in Sweden and the companies registered here.
I just need to solve this as soon as possible please anyone with some knowledge helped me appreciate it I love to be honest feels like I'm stuck in the mud right now it's getting harder and harder

Still no update, only cardlink which works.

Br0 where can i purchase good credit card for sme getway payment ?

Panels are use a dummy domain to get accepted and processing payments

Is this generally a problem with any panel or just some of them? Looking round at different panels at the moment.
