no, I thought you needed a dashboard script. and there is no free service, why would people sell services

You have to buy panel script. Buy a domain and hosting and load the panel script into it. Then you have to choose a provider to supply you with all the smm services. If you order a child panel, you can rent it and start using their services via API. Just check that whatever script you are buying has API integration so that you can do auto order processing as well. Remember that if you buy script, you will only have the dashboard to work on. For supplier you have to go elsewhere.

its not that easy.. this script will only allow you to resell, you will need HUGE customizations to become provider on all social media platforms, it will also require a HUGE budget and a lot of time

Post this in wtb or hire a freelancer for that kind of service money will always be involved

A panel script is just the website script/template. There is no free followers likes views that go with it.

What do you mean free? panel who offers you free services (like,comments etc) or a free script to setup on your hosting?
