SMM Panel with PayPal as payment option?

I can't find SMM panel with PayPal as payment option wtf is this? Or if I find one, then they say "You need to deposit 50$ minimum" - all I want to do is buy some likes to my FB page. I have Skrill, but my account is restricted, because I haven't used it for so long time and now I can't make new one.

PayPal bans SMM panels like lightning now. $50 minimum is because they do it manually and not worth their time otherwise

Ok, thats what I thought.

Also, I'd like to say that PayPal isn't a guarantee that a seller is an honest guy. From my experience - I've met a lot of Panels with PayPal, who won't provide u with working services and honest "refund" policy... Furthermore, if all your funds are on PayPal wallet - you can easily exchange them in BTC or on the other wallet.
