I just started working on smmpanel about a year ago, after this period of time I realized that sellers only care about price and they always do everything to get the best price... Personally I can directly produce services and always get pressured by sellers to reduce prices. Smmpanels competing with each other in this way is really not the best way.
So around that time I wanted to go in a completely new direction in this field.
I have built a system with AI to automatically answer customer questions including:
- User guide
- Handling error problems within the allowed capacity (deposit, error order, web error)
( These are just the beginning, I always listen to my customers to perfect the system.)
The system has fully integrated all operations so that customers can proactively process their orders without having to message the admin. I have tested it and found it effective up to 98% of orders.
Regarding services, we always aim for stable service types. smmpanel has more than 6000 services, but if just 1 service cannot run, it will be immediately removed.
The system I provide maximizes the time you spend on things like system processing, order support, customer response, etc. The only thing you need to do is bring the service to as many people as possible.
Of course, I also targeted my main customer base who already had a marketing system, SEO, community,... where you can add a smmpanel to optimize your customer service.
From your existing traffic source, consider this a passive income and you will not need to spend too much time on it or spend money on hiring employees to operate the system.
