Is there an SMM panel that sends views and likes at the same time? They are never on time when it comes to the likes even if it says instant start or 0 - 1 hr. I think that youtube might derank my video or not suggest it to people when this happens because it looks fishy, am I right? Also it looks weird.

Depends when you start the campaign, maybe start views a little earlier, then once you get some views, then get likes.
