Things are difficult for Tik tok at the moment, ongoing updates.

Well, not all. I mean, some are down, others are working, maybe at slower start times and speeds than usual.
Because there's no 1 provider for any service. So when there's an update, some are working, others are working but not as well, others stop working completely, other work but more expensive, etc.
If you look around, I'm sure you'll find working services

Mediasmmpanel is too expensive, they are not providers for sure and JAP could be cheaper if they have their own services.
