Having same issues now, but when one order is made on my website 2 is sent out from the provider...

Bro What do you mean in files? Which file location, can you mention the full file/folder location to delete? I'm having the same exact issue with the new version.

Hey man I hope he will answer you but reading the reply it looks like he went to the orders table in the database and manually deleted all the orders (‘dropped’)

after deleting all the orders, the panel could “breath” once again

backup your DB and better hope for a response but if it’s urgent you could try this right now bro

Thanks for the response, I contacted the original developer and he told that's a hosting issue as too many resources are being used. After upgrading to a VPS plan he isn't responding anymore. I highly doubt there is a problem with the cronjobs but the file that deals with them. Something is faulty in that script and he doesn't even care to fix it.

If you want to solve the issue, clean ALL orders from your cpanel somewhere located.

bro, could you help me by passing some SMM vendors? I am thinking of creating a panel using the perfect panel, but I still have a lot of doubts about the suppliers, for now what I like most was JAP. If you could give me some suppliers I would be forever grateful, I am from Brazil.

Ok, so after taking a look at the database and how many pending api orders were left, I realised it was passing ONLY 1 ORDER per minute using the (new order) cronjob.
What I did is I made a script to be executed every 5 seconds using SSH. You can search this up "execute cronjob every 5 seconds" (or every second) and you'll find the right way to do it as well as other solutions.

I went in stablehost and deleted ALL orders.
This helped all the orders process without issue and complete parital and alot more.

nothing for me still pending im on smartpanel ver 3.2 the api is working i think because it does take the services from the provider but when somone takes an order from my website it doesnt work it stucks on pending i cant fix it ( im on namecheap hosting idk maybe that does matter )

@Intofantasy ‘s solution makes the most sense tbh so better upgrade your server and clean up your db like it or not I’d wipe the whole table out to let it breathe

I’m sure that we can easily optimize the script but I’d suggest a fresh localhost install in order to test it

the way it’s built could be way more efficient and I ain’t no coder just a lot of trial and error in case there’s a demand I can ask a long time partner for a hand on this one

the code indeed can get cleaned better but I think you should update to 3.5 ASAP and check the cron in case you get loads of orders a minute just to be sure

the script is really nice and back then it was a refreshment indeed after indus I can’t hate I really liked it and stopped due to constant need or domain resets back in the day up to ver. 3.2 (If not 3.1

(you can see my review featured on the top of his sales page) but there sure is a lot to solve and I hope tuyen did do a good job after the updates don’t forget he has his own panel to maintain as well cause he’s making a killing and I respect it

by far the lightest ones are the best ones for starters
list goes like this;

PerfectPanel
Indusrabbit
Magduriyet
SmartPanel etc.

still, SP has its perks and its Codeigniter framework so pretty straightforward PHP

I remember customizing a few login pages when SP launched and I profited 120$ a single day with minimal effort selling the modded files and locations to a Fiverr seller/web cloner playing with the files so IMO it’s a dope panel to run cause the learning process is fairly easy

btw just seen @geraldosfire CRON method and I’d check it out especially in case your panel is handling multiple orders a minute

Did you try the PHP log? ( assuming it is PHP based )
That log should say more meaningful things.

Hi. I just had this problem. I noticed on the docs it says /status for the URL but above it it's multiple_status. I changed mine to "status" only and it updated. Maybe that would work for you.
