I've been working with SMM Lite for a long time, and they have always been quite good.
Now there is a new thing that no other panel dares to do: THEY DON'T REFUND ANYMORE - THEY DON'T DELIVER ORDERS EITHER.
So this has become a total scam in my opinion. Some orders, if you are lucky, get delivered in normal times, but the rest of your orders will get stuck at 1-2% of the quantity purchased.
So what do you normally do? You open a ticket, and with mathematical precision you get he most useless copy/paste replies on the planet. They don't even care about your requests, and will never read them.
So you end up with 3 problems:
1) A sum of money deposited on their panel
2) Orders stuck and NOT DELIVERED
3) A refund that you will NEVER get
I'd like the people on BHW to take this matter seriously, becasue these scammers are driving me mad. You can't imagine how much time I waste every freaking morning with their useless tickets and never get anything done. I waited for 3 months before posting my formal complain, and I can document this with many orders. I literally have orders never delivered or refunded after 2-3 months, and one of them being 100K shazams that I will never ever see again.
And some of you may wonder why don't I just leave this useless panel and stop wasting my time. Answer: because I deposited a lot of money, which I can't get back.
SO BE CAREFUL! Stay away from SMMLITE. We don't even know who is managing these panels. Our trust in them should be honored, instead they are treating us like donkeys, so let's give them our back and see how they are going to earn money without us.
Next I'm going to review this useless panel under every single Youtube video and Social media post, until they learn to walk straight, and because it is my right to do so.
