even if they are targeted, if you want to sale service or product you need to contact your audience personly, AS I SEE ITmost people are passive even if they need the service you suggest.
how to contact and create trust relasionship through social media site?

SMM is a great tool i would say better than seo to boost your sales.Try selling via pinterest, personally i have got very good experience in promoting both affiliate products as well as website products on pinterest.
