It's a limited market, the domain has potential for someone with a strong plan. I honestly don't think you'll get much for it and it won't be sold fast either.

Lots more needs to be invested in that domain to make it work as everyone else suggested. Wouldn't just be an easy high ticket sale in my opinion I wouldn't pay much for that unless I had a solid vision and implementation in place.
