Smart limits? Comments, Friend Requests, etc.

What are the smart limits to go by for comments and friend requests on Myspace to avoid getting banned? A lot of my accounts have been banned and I'm guessing it's because I max out these almost every day.

I try to cover all the basis...but I i change my i.p daily, rotate with 200 myspace accounts ( so this give time for other account to cool down. I only post max of 100 per account.... and if your using links make sure your using some form of tiny url re directs. This solve all of my bank accounts issues.
