First of all, this is based on my personal tests and my personal accounts meaning you could very well have different results or different outcomes.
This is a little "when to do what" to-do list. Let me label the control factors first.
1. Account creator I made rotates proxies/screen res/user agents/etc
2. Proxies are rotating ipv4 datacenter
3. Emails being used are yahoo with IMAP enabled(obviously)
4. All accounts use different pictures
5. Bios are all different
6. Names are not spammy
7. No link in bio(I promote other ways)
8. Bot is Jarvee
9. The accounts are EV'ed
So here is what worked for me with all this in mind-
Day one: Accounts created with Yahoo mails, random usernames
Day two: Rest
Day three: Rest
Day four: Rest

**Do not Post/Follow in the day 1-4 period: captions will not work well
-------------------------
Day five: Profile with adult names/content and connect to new proxies. All different names and bios
Day six: Start follow
Day seven: Warm follow
Day eight: Post, caption works, accounts are folowing 150 daily with 0 blocks or PV's

**Do not Post in the day 4-7 period: captions wont work well**

**Waiting after 10 days to post will be beneficial too, every post has a 50% chance to get a PV in the 5-7 day period, and a 20% chance to get a PV in the 8-9 day period. 10+ days would seem to be golden, with very very slim chances of a post getting a PV however just following does not affect the account at all.
**Waiting after a 5 day period to follow gives the accounts a very slim chance (1%-10%) of being PVed ( I have not been PVed from Following past day 5)
Once again, this may or may not work for you. I have 0 bans from adult accounts so far. Its also important to NOT post the same content in a 24 hour span on more than 5 accounts, else you risk a ban.
It is also important to know the more patient you are, the better off your accounts will be according to my tests. I would strongly suggest waiting a lot longer and doing a smaller warm-up than what is said here.
Lastly, use this for perspective not guidance.
