I have found a supplier of bakugan toys but his minimum MOQ is 100 and he says he cannot go lower. He will accept paypal though .

The ''bet '' would be about 135$.

Should I take the risk or simply find another supplier?

It takes $ to make $. And really $130 is a small risk to incur. Paypal is very good at protecting the buyers.

Scumpal did NOT protect me when I did business with some piece of human garbage in China!

So don't kid yourself!!! They're just as big of scumbags as the Chinese!!!
