Small website

I need to know how much it would cost me to get a few different types of small websites made.

the first site would be a small one page website for a small business with maybe pictures, hours, and a little bit on info on the page with links to facebook and twitter.

the next website would also be for a small business but it would be 4-6 pages including info, contact us, about us, a picture gallery and a menu. this website would also need a news section on the front page that can be easily updated by the client.
