Small Twitter Tool

Awesome tool. Works flawlessly so far. I don't know if the new version will repeat itself, but that might be something you could take out because i made a few duplicate posts. Maybe like run through the list of messages one time could be an option.

Also, if you add a mass follow/mass unfollow tool to it you'll have the utlimate little program going. Just thoughts on future versions, I'm sure a lot of people will buy it.

This sounds great! Is this some sort of a future scheduler? You can schedule tweets to show up in the future etc. If it is... it would be great if you could make sure that it shows up as 'from the web' so no-one can tell it is a scheduled tweet. :D

There is the version 3.0 already.

xBird already does that...
 
A word of warning. Only run this bot in one instance, dont run 5 at the same time like i did :P Pissed a lot of people off then got banned, had just broken the 2k followers on twitter.com/wakkaoaka as well T_T

Oh and i found a pretty big bug xcubic, you may want to fix it if you decide to sell xbird. When i try and spam with ten twitter accounts the bot comes up with an error after all ten have sent 1 message. So something is stopping the bot from going back the the first twitter account and beginning the messages again.

I use 10 accounts and 10 messages, this problem does not occur with 2 accounts, I will try with a different number of accounts to see where it craps out.

Hopefully I will find a happy medium by the time I have to go to uni :)

Edit: You know what would be a wicked addition? To have the program use accounts and messages at random.

During the transition between account number 5 and 6 i got the .NET error i mentioned in the previous post:

For now i think sticking to 5 accounts will work.

has anyone tried this maybe using twtad dot com stuff? it might be cool to rotate a couple ads among accounts and get some $$$.
 
hiding_whitehat twtad sucks really bad since it was resold AGAIN. I recommend you to try promote some CPA shit :)

I'm confused :smashfrea what is the link for xBird 3.0 . I see 2 links here in the thread one in the first post and one that says xBird 1.0

This is very strange. I did try to use 10 accounts once and all went well. Will need to add some more code to handle errors.
 
xcubic I got ur email that I'm added to your database but when I try to activate the program it just pops a window with NO! in :D

Am I doing something wrong.

btw I've found the link for xbird 3.0 it was The Flaming xBird 1.0 lol

I did a wordpress widget for twitter tool to add to my blog that seemed to work pretty well. IS Twitter the best source for driving traffic?

What benefit will this have for my page?

I'm not following your idea... :S Why do you want to follow someone after a certain time? Or maybe you want to follow and then unfollow, and refolllow. Is that what you want?
