Looking to JV with someone for a small to mid sized operation where we find expired Twitter accounts with great metrics and take them over. My part of the deal will be to search, scrape, test and check the metrics using Hrefs, and your end of the deal is to create the accounts, phone verified and everything.
It wouldn't be a major operation or anything, while I can scrape and find 1000s of expired Twitters, only a very small handful is worth taking.
I propose we split all the twitter accounts we create 50/50.
