Well, that's not what we're experiencing. Most speakers have to be careful what they say and it's difficult to discuss methods or loopholes when everything you say is recorded, viewed and dissected by people with an interest in closing them off.
The idea behind it is to give speakers a free, open platform where they get to say what they actually think - not what the corporations want them to think. UnGagged came about because of that need for an honest opinion.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to provide video and still maintain the confidence of a private environment. If the information's important for you, then you need to attend. If you're being held back by the price of the ticket, then it's worthwhile looking at the programme to see if the discussions are relevant to your own style of IM. If they are, then try to estimate how much that knowledge can increase your turnover.
We're IM'ers - what we do is look at a tool or a service and ask ourselves "Can I make more money by investing in this thing" and you need to look at a conference like UnGagged in exactly the same way. Can you make more money by using the information there and is it likely to be more than the cost of attending?
If so, then acquire the tool and get the ticket. If not, then find a tool that works for you - I can't put it more simply than that.
