Small Scam But Worth To Report

I have said that the scam is really small with everyone ($50), however, I want to report because this guy said that he has the account from 2011 and never get a bad rating, so, I can believe in him.

When I'm asking for an Amazon Account on some posts, this guy contacted me and provide his Skype id:

Then we start the conversation









So, then I'm trying to contact him day by day, seeing his account get online on BHW every day and he never response. I also see a comment somewhere (where you guys saw my complaint about this account) that he also has the same problem with this guy.

Then, I hope you should ban this account, so, no newbie like me have the same problem with him.
