Hi

If am checking some domains to select out some for my pbn. For some domains when I do a index search on google like site:domain.com it shows 1 entry with a meta description -

"Find Cash Advance, Debt Consolidation and more at Baptistness.com. Get the best of Insurance or Free Credit Report, browse our section on Cell Phones or ..."

What does that mean ?

1. Does it mean that the domain was turned into a insurance related site.
2. Or does it mean that the domain was parked with insurance related ads.

Is it safe to buy such domains if the backlink/anchor profile is clean ?

Just check the domain via the Wayback Machine tool and see for yourself. I'd say the first option is more probable. But if backlink profile is good, I see no reason why not to buy it.

Relevant: how to analyze expired domains

Looks like keyword stuffed spam, at first glance.

Looks like your typical parking page advertisement. Search the wayback and know for yourself

Hi, I have checked it at wayback and all snapshots look perfectly clean. The backlink/anchor profile is also clean and strong and there are no visible signs of any kind of spamming. I checked using ahrefs and majestic.

And the domain has 1 page indexed (the root homepage) in google, bu the meta description shows that insurance stuff, which looks confusing.

Yes, I too think it was some parking page that showed insurance related ads. The wayback machine archives look absolutely clean with no visible signs of spamming. Should I go for that domain. Its super niche relevant and has a good backlink profile.

^^ this.

It's nothing more, but just parking page getting indexed. If the domain is clean history wise and anchor wise, it's perfectly fine to use. The fact that it's indexed is a bonus. If parking page gets indexed with this kind of advertisement, it's fine. If it were the actual previous content of the domain, then it's crap.
