    Put the following at the top in your PHP file.
    Code:
    <?php
    if(isset($_GET['do'])){
    //$redirectURL=$do;
    $yoururl=$_GET["do"];
    header("Location: $yoururl");
    }
    ?>

    hrmm actually it works with normal sites, but i guess i am trying to do something a little bit tricky, is there anyway to make it more look like they person clicked the link rather than it being a reidrect ?

    this will still help, thank you :)

    This is with PHP and javascript. The javascript makes the call from the client browser.

    <?php
    if(isset($_GET['do'])){
    //$redirectURL=$do;
    $yoururl=$_GET["do"];
    echo '<script>location.href="';
    echo $yoururl;
    echo '"</script>';
    }
    ?>
