Small PayPal Questions

Hey guys. I have 2 small paypal questions.
1. If I change my address will they have my old one to go to if my PayPal account goes negative,
2. Can a closed PayPal account go negative.
Recently a person who I sold some BTC to is threatening to chargeback for 5k plus worth of transactions so I am thinking of ditching the account.

Yes, they will have your address and for 5K summon a debt collector I believe...

1. Anything you provide is stored. eg: IP, CC, address.
2. You can terminate the connected bank account but debt collectors will have a field day.
