small paypal question

i had a paypal account which was limited in the jan 1 this year. i now made a new one and attached a bank accont in the same name but differnt bank i plan on sending some fund to the account so i can withdraw it will i get in trouble? since the name is the same?

Now I think you will get not in trouble because some names a very common like "James Miller" or something like this, it should work.

No you will not get in trouble, I had an account with a different name and my bank account. Nothing happened, you're safe.
