Small Logo Tweak [Help Needed]

Hello, I need a small favor since I dont know jack
shit when it comes to graphics.

I have this picture:



I need the "Mercury Enterprises" text next to the 2 black rings on the planet
and not under the plant like it is by default. If anyone can assist me it'd be great.

Don't over think it because you could do this with microsoft paint



However the picture is very low res and grainy so i wouldn't use it professionally.
