Small Drop with Penguin 2.1

On some websites I had a small drop (from 4-5 to 11-14) for some specific keywords and I probably found the problem that I can fix on my backlinks.

But the question now is: it's a real penguin penalization? There is any difference from website that lost 50-100 spot?

What do you think about that?

My site had the same problem, most keywords were on the first page, now the are mostly 13-22. I don't think it's a penalty as there is still no message in webmaster tools. I'm not sure what it is.

Wait at least 2 weeks and then decide what to do. You may want to add your site to google webmaster stools and disavow suspicious links.

I have site on GWT. One separate account for each website. No messages.
