Small Case Study - Translating Articles where you know the language

A lot of people have been asking it this works, if this happens, if this, if that.
In the above screenshot is one of my translated websites from when I started playing with this.

The articles are translated FROM English to an European language which I speak and know.
Total number of articles: 9

Everything is on page 1, more than half rank top 3.
Translated using DeepL Api.

For each article, I spend about 10 minutes making the small adjustments in grammar so it actually makes sense.
This especially includes fixing the keyword working, because it plays A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

All 9 articles are on the same niche, everything is interlinked and makes perfect sense.
It's not actually a silo way, everything links to everything because everything makes sense in the context.

In the specific niche, I actually OUTRANKED a service repair shop in said niche and went number 1 for 3 MAIN keywords.
Again, look at the CTR. Knowing the language makes a HUGE HUGE difference.

Absolutely no backlinks built, besides reddit for indexing purposes(posting links in my subreddit).

Here's the best part:

Total since february is around 5 euros.
All this from 9 articles which took be about 2 hours with building the website included.

For anyone in Europe, this is a goldmine IF YOU KNOW THE LANGUAGE.
You have an INFINITE source of inspiration, the possibility is ENDLESS.

Second best part?
The owner of the original article has almost no way of knowing, because of the small edits I did for grammar.
I say ALMOST because there's always a way, but I dare say 99% safe.

Moral of the story? Don't wonder if shits work. Test it out, don't belive anyone.

When I say small, i really mean small.
No more than 10 minutes spent on one article.

Surely anyone has 10 minutes if they want to grasp any success.

Well... yes, that's why I clearly specified in the title.
Randomly translating thousands of articles is not productive, and it's not cheap either if you use DeepL.

I've been doing so for a couple of months for my articles, from my language to English because I'm lazy AF, and I've found that translations systems are excellent nowadays that can easily replace the effort of translating manually if you know the language confidently.

But surely, it can be done the other way around, from English to your language if you want to copy from other sites the black hat way.

But still, I wonder how they will move in the future. Because ultimately, they can be easily checked and replicated. Although I know many people that have been doing this for ages successfully I feel quite white hat for content matters, don't know exactly why, probably i have a craze with this

Why not doing all the translation by yourself? If you spend 10’ to edit the AI, you will need around 10-15’ for a 700 words translate

What is your niche? Is it possible to know what are your small edit in grammar?

The problem is my Language has low cpm compared to English and of course my countrymen are less interested than english speaking people all over the world.

I have the same question, do you publish it on your website with other English articles? or in a new domain ?

I have been doing it for a long time and it works. Always check that the content has not been translated before.

Congrats, but to make the snow effect rolling faster, I think you need a lot of articles than just 9 articles. Hope to see your earning grow faster

YEs, that's what I'm trying. Hard to find free time between two jobs.
I currently have 27 articles up and indexed. A few started to go up in rankings.

For every article, I have to check the first rankings and see the exact keywords they used to adjust the translation. I found this to have the best effect.
