Small brand problems

Hello, i've a small children clothing brand in cairo egypt and since last summer ive been doing fb messenger campaigns but the ROI is really off target. Ive around 2k page likes and 1.5k instagram followers with almost zero interaction on the posts, taken into consideration that they all came authentically from these ads.

It seems traffic would only come from ads and nothing from organic or wors of mouth whatsoever. Anybody has a solution to this?

Buy and re-brand an account in clothing niche. Usually the ones with most engagement over stories tend to convert better. Won't exceed 4X the price of Paid Ads. Even better, if you own a network of them.
