I already own a dog, it helps for a short time. but i can't live with what i have right now, what makes me depressed
I'm sure that most of us will have felt similar feelings at some point or another.
Just be assured that whatever it is will likely cause fleeting feelings and that one day, likely much sooner than you could imagine right now, it will all be a distant memory and no longer cause you these types of feelings.
Depression, i have been there. sucks. Fact is, only you can change this. Money and things won't help. Your actions will. Even if you decide to make a change and break your normal mold, it takes a bit to get out of the rut. I don't know your personal situations, for me i had general anxiety then doctors thought.... Xanax (fucking genius) only made things worse. Only after shit canning them bullshit drugs, started being more active about small things and going to the gym, did my mindset start to change. Even now i have days (just like everyone else). It will get better but YOU have to be the one to do it. Friends and family can only help but so much. IF someone ask you to do something or go somewhere, GO!!! don't think about it. Go out of your way to help others and accomplish something good.
Start eating junk food and you will feel better. Never eat vegetables and fruits ! they are dangerous
I know, money won't change and don't really care about it. I have social anxiety. If someone would invite me to party, i would definetely reject. even small talk is very hard for me ...
Yerp i get it, I know exact how you feel with this situation. I dealt with it for years, still do to a point but it is much better and i can tell you without a doubt it does it better. long as you work on it. For me the meds and theorpist were bullshit, It took awhile but i eventually told them to go fuck themselves. Best thing i did (for me anyways) not saying thats the path for everyone. Then slowly start making small steps. For instance... you can make it a point to go EVERYDAY to go to a small store, even if you don't buy anything. Pick a friend and call them once day, even if its for no reason at all, just to bullshit about something stupid. If something like this is a difficult task for you, then doing it will become an accomplishment. After doing this a few times you get used to it. Anxiety disorders are a learned behavior. There is a mechanism in your brain that gets stuck open and it floods with adrenaline causing anxiety / panic attacks. Your mind tells your body there is REAL DANGER HERE!! Then the body follows, sweating, hard to breath, dizzy. foggy and cloudy thinking.
But the good news it, with alittle work. you can correct this behavior
Work a lil more until you forget about how you feel.
