Slower engagement

I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this. The past week engagement hasn't dropped as much but slowed down. I noticed a 4% drop, which is a normal fluctuation between 26% - 30% engagement. But I noticed my photos take more time to get its usual likes or comments.

History: Girl page, ran the account for 4 weeks now, reaching 600 followers, averaging 124 likes and 20 comments. Top post 175 likes 67 comments. Have my time frames down and my hashtags are;

My account has active fans but again I want to see if maybe anyone else is experiencing a slow down this week

I noticed there was an update a few days ago for live videos. The update may have messed with the post algorithm. I speculate this because this is when it happened and my personal account is experiencing this as well
