Slow shipping time

Hi,
I'm doing drop shipping from China.
Anyway, the only problem I have is the shipping time, it takes so long until costumers get their goods, maybe 30 days.
Is it a normal shipping time? What are the risks in that?

*my account is neither in USA nor Canada, the costumers know it, and I say on my listing very big that shipping time is from 20 - 60 working days.

What do you think?

It is a gamble IMO. Cheap items are good but for expensive stuff what can I say... A friend of mine ordered $700 laptop 2 years ago. He is still waiting for it. There is a scam system there. They send you pack loaded with rubbish. You have tracking id and everything. By the time you know somehting isnt right they make 1000s

I don't afraid of that, I shipped items costumers got them and were happy. I know who I work with. As I said the only problem is the shipping time..

As far as it being a normal shipping time, Yes it is. Most of the time, you will have to wait between 15 - 30 days for a product to get to you. As far as risk, You reallllllly have to be careful who you buy from. I always perfer to use something like DHGate or Aliexpress. Even though they are not absolute rock bottom prices, they offer a good product and always deliver. I find it so much more important for the product to get to the costumer than to make an extra $10 per item. In the long run, if you are making a huge amount of money, then it probably is worth the extra $10. but at that point your making enough money to do huge numbers and probably arent buying from DHGate anymore. Ive had my share of getting screwed and its not fun. Stick with the big dogs of the middle men and you wont go wrong.

It will cause you problems in the future. Your Shipping time DSR will fall, then you'll drop from Top Rated to Above Standard to Below Standard in the USA and that's your downfall, your selling limits will start to fall until they are 0.

Try to consult with your suppliers to use hongkong post or other faster services if possible.

I used to order from aliexpress and i used to get the package in about 30 days . make sure you read the seller discription like how long it will take to process the order ( i have seen some of them taking more than 10 days to process i usually avoid those sellers) then if you are orderign using CPAM it usually take 30 to 60 days. if you want lesser then go for EMS or DHL service which cost more some times even more than the product . You better give the option for the customer to choose free post or express service so that they could have a choose of getting the item shipped faster or slower
