Slow Server Response Trouble Shooting?

Hey guys, getting some 502 gateway errors and slow server response. No idea why have never had an issue like this before.

Did a speed test and this came up, 14 seconds of waiting:

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated lads cheers!

Are all the resources coming directly from your server? Is there a large wait on one request or spread out on all the requests?

Thanks for the reply @demoownz and it's just that initial reply it's back at full load time or around 3.2 seconds now which is normal for me. Curious about the fluctuations it seems crazy, I've done nothing special to the site. Also yeah the waiting was only for that specific first event right after SSL.

Haha normal for this type of project definetly like to keep it lower
