So I'm based in NZ and trying to target the USA Tiktok audience for the purpose of ecommerce. I have a USA SIM, Socks5 Proxy (using Socksdroid), Aged USA PVA Gmail account, and using my old factory reset Galaxy S9+.

When setting up my new tiktok account, straight away I received the "Slow down you're editing too fast", notification. Then when trying to change my profile picture or do anything in my bio I get "You've changed your profile too many times today". I do appear to be in the USA audience based off the content I'm receiving.

I know you need to warm up the account a bit first so I have been interacting as a normal user for the past 2 days but I'm still getting these notifications.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Will these restrictions be lifted soon or is my account permabanned?

Don't use a proxy if you have a sim card.

Is that because tiktok can detect it and will shadow ban account or because you simply don't need to do both?
Both, tiktok can detect it plus it's not needed when using a sim.

You are not band, but those are restriction they put as control, facebook do the same if you share too many post or give to many likes that is normal. thos restriction move after 24 or 48 hours and then you are back to normal.

I don't think that's the reason. I did it as soon as I created my account. It has also been 4 days now with no change

I have a phone with which this always happens to me, then the account works poorly and causes a lot of problems, it must be a thing of the version or the device.

If you see this message, you'll get banned. Sell the phone and buy a new one
