sliq submitter overload

I have sliq submitter paid version, and I been added thousand my list directory site, but when I use this software, just submit 600 site no more, I tried to be for submit 1500 sites, but when in 560 sites, I found error, and failed,

Do you also use sliq submitter, and having such ??
