Slightly noob question

I was looking to expand my earnings by trying youtube + PPD as an additional income stream; but reading threads here the two questions that no one seems to answer are:

How do you make hundreds of YT accounts with phone verification and all? Is using TOR an option?

And, how do you post to multiple accounts simultaneously?
