Anyone know an easy way to do this or a good(easy) guide how to do it ?

I've tried following some instructions from a site but it never worked.

Just want to use 3 images from an images folder on my homepage.

    Thanks.

I haven't seen pure HTML image slideshow, and there's no easy way to implement. It requires the combination of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Try googling "jquery image slider" and you'll find plenty. Some provide good documentation that you can follow..

Don't know what I mean really haha. Have a project to do using HTML. The site that I tried following used JavaScript or something, loading the 3 images in the <head> and the on the <body> there was a code to change every few seconds.

That seems like an old trick; loading images on the <head> is like doing image swap for navigation menu circa 1998 :) no wonder it's difficult..

Try the free version of Nivo Slider. It's relatively easy to customize.
