Slider & Calculator?

Hey guys, I have been wanting to make something like this, But I dont know how they do it.

What I want is a slider and a calculator that shows the fees and amount of the money borrowed.

Is it jquery & PHP or just Jquery alone?

Yeah...I can do that with PHP alone, but I would like to know how to use jquery slider and PHP, you just slide and you see the amount you want to borrow and fees
