Not sure exactly what volume, but I like their SEO value and any volume they give is a bonus. Maybe 100-200 views per thread with a 3% click through of those so perhaps 3-6 visits resulting from each thread posted. At a 5% buying rate that would mean each thread is like at most .3 sales and more like .15 sales. So if you make 5 or 6 posts you'll get a sale directly from it. ASSUMING you do good job writing the post and have a good sale going.
