lol.... do you have Photoshop + Indesign? Slice it up in photoshop using the Slice tool... and if you want to add special effects or what not just export your PSD to Indesign (using the export function in Photoshop). This is to add small things like roll overs.... or whatever.

Yes, slice right in the latest Photoshop version using slice tool in crop tool menu or if you are running in older version with ImageReady you can slice it in that and then save as HTML
