Skype / VOIP extensions (multi people, one number)

Hey, right hopefully someone could help me out. Chances are what im after doesn't exist but maybe there's an alternative method.

Basically

Im starting up a small offline business, SEO, Design, Hosting etc and have about 3 people in on it with me. Any business they bring in they get their % bla bla bla

So im printing some business cards soon and each will have their own with name and number (extension) So that way any potential clients they get and or meet and hand them a business card they can speak directly with the person who meet them instead of them calling up and coming to me.

So, im wanting to have a number for the business and each person has their extension.

I just want a simple thing, and I thought it would be simple to find, either from Skype or something, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I just want it to be VOIP, so it can be used on PCs and Mobiles, its cheap and efficient. Dont need any phone lines etc.

So I want to know if anyone knows the best way to sort out something like this.

So a central number with extensions to each person, and its to be voip.

I guess you can do this with ring central. They are cheap but reliable and you can run it from your pc, customize your greet etc.

I did the exact same thing using Skype and a virtual PBX, there a few options in the skype extras marketplace.
