Skype Mass Messanger/Youtube Commenter

Hello i am looking for two programs that will allow me to mass youtube comment and send all my contacts a msg on skype. I need the skype messenger to send a message to every single contact and ensure that the message actually goes through. I have been using clownfish but i notice that for every mass message only 1 in about 5 messages actually go through. The youtube commenter I would like to be able to enter key words and have the bot comment a phrase on a a certain amount of video with the phrase. I am not familiar with youtube commenters and would love some help! Thank you. Also how much do bots like these go for?

skype's security has been tightened up a few months ago, you'll get banned when you add (a lot of) people without even sending out a single message, sending the messages isn't a biggy, if you use spintax, but you'll get banned even before you would be able to start sending out them, you don't even have to add a lot of people, 100 or even 50 is enough and bam, you'll be banned in a few hours
before that it was pretty good, using it with an autoresponder/contact adder, it acted like an interactive LP for my adult campaigns lol
